I wasn’t totally sure about trying a waterless diffuser at first, but it’s been so easy lol. No spills to deal with, the scent is actually strong enough, and I don’t have to clean it all the time. Happy with it tbh.

I like that I can kinda turn it down at night and then make it stronger after cooking. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel like too much

Had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support. They got back to me the same day and, uh, helped sort it out without a ton of back and forth. It did take one extra email, but overall it was fine. 4 stars from me.

I do like the diffuser overall, so I’m not totally mad about it, but the timer setup has been more frustrating than I expected. Sometimes it doesn’t start when I scheduled it to, and changing the settings feels way more confusing than it needs to be. I’ve had to reset it a few times, which gets old. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’ll keep using it, but for the price I really thought it would be a little smoother

They replaced mine quickly and didn’t give me any hassle, which I appreciated. Still, I was a little disappointed that it needed replacing in the first place

I’ve been using my Pure Diffuser Co diffuser for a few months now, mostly at night, and it’s still working well. It’s had a decent amount of use and nothing feels flimsy or worn out. The plastic feels solid, no cracks, nothing loose, and the mist is still coming out steady. I knocked off one star because the lid can be a bit annoying to line up sometimes, which gets old when you’re just trying to set it up quickly. Other than that, I’m happy with it and it seems like it’ll last. That’s about it.

I have had mine for a few weeks now, and cleaning it has been really simple. I just give it a quick rinse, wipe it down, and it is good to go again. No hassle at all so far.

I needed to pause my order for a bit and expected it to be more annoying than it was, but it was really quick. I didn’t have to go through a bunch of extra steps or explain myself over and over, which I appreciated. I just handled it, got it paused, and that was pretty much it. No hassle at all.

I picked up this diffuser about a month ago, and I’ve been impressed. I’ll only have it going for maybe 20 or 30 minutes, and I can still catch the scent hours later, sometimes even later in the day. It’s nice not having to keep turning it on or topping it up all the time. Overall, really happy with it.

The diffuser looks nice and the scent itself is really pleasant, but it’s definitely more subtle than I expected. I’m cautious about buying scented products because I don’t want anything overpowering or headache-inducing, so in that sense it feels safe and not too much. That said, I can only really smell it when I’m close to it. It’s not bad, I just wish it had a little more strength for the price.

My order showed up with two of the wrong oils, which was annoying. I don’t know, something about it just made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be...

I ordered from Pure Diffuser Co. and, to be fair, the delivery showed up exactly when they said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone, there weren’t any odd delays, and the tracking was easy to follow. That part was definitely a relief. I’m still a bit mixed on the overall experience, but the shipping side of things was solid.

It works fine when it stays connected, but honestly... the app drops the connection way too often. Frustrating after a while!

I liked the scent options overall. A few weren’t really my thing, my thing, but most of them smelled good. I just wish there had been a little more variety or a bit more wow factor.

Can only draw on diffusers 8 times in a 24 hrs. Having a difficult time getting a refund from them. Be cautious!!

I don’t remember every little detail about the order, but I do remember thinking the packaging was really solid. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape, which is always a relief.

I assumed this would cover my whole room without much trouble, but it barely does the job. Maybe my room is bigger than I thought, but I expected better coverage
